We offer a comprehensive range of cold foil and high-end replicated foil series designed to meet the diverse needs of tobacco and alcohol packaging, premium gift boxes, brand labels, and commercial printing.
The Crystal Cast Cure Foil produced by Hongye manufacturer is a reusable optical mold film. It differs from the traditional heat transfer film which transfers the coating to the substrate. This product only presses the surface crystal microstructure onto the UV varnish layer, and after UV curing, the film body can be directly peeled off and recycled. There is no PET substrate or metal coating remaining on the finished product surface.
The Hongye factory created this Crystal Cast Cure Foil, and the surface of the finished product forms a transparent multi-angled crystal refraction texture, with clear diamond-like light and shadow, without the heavy feeling of the metal coating.
Product compatibility
Adapt to rotary printing, single-sheet online UV process, not relying on heat-pressed steel molds, and can be directly integrated into existing printing production lines. It is targeted at mid-to-high-end packaging projects that pursue environmental attributes and high-transparency optical effects.

Reusability and Cost Logic
The greatest differentiation of this Crystal Cast Cure Foil lies in the fact that the membrane body does not undergo material transfer. After one pressing and curing process, it can be re-rolled and used for multiple machine cycles.
- Standard use can be recycled for over ten times, and long-term orders can significantly reduce processing costs.
- Only consumes UV light oil, compatible with overseas carbon reduction and recyclable indicators.
- The membrane surface is strengthened to resist wear and tear, and the multiple production light and shadow effects are stable.
- The old roll can be recycled, reducing solid waste, and conforming to the industry's sustainable concept.
Process Compatibility and Post-Processing Performance
Focusing on the tolerance performance of the entire printing chain's post-processes, formula adjustments are made for actual post-processing conditions such as die-cutting, embossing, laminating, and box-filling:
1. The crystal texture is formed in the UV light oil layer, without floating foil, and die-cutting does not cause edges to come off or peel off.
2. Supports four-color overprinting, spot colors, and varnishing, and can achieve a composite effect of ink and light shadow.
3. Resistant to box-filling glue and friction, and less likely to smooth out the texture or lose gloss during post-processing.
4. Compatible with paper, laminated cardstock, and the substrate does not require complex pre-treatment.
Reference for Implementation Selection
Provide practical selection guidance from the design and equipment perspectives to help printing factories avoid implementation mistakes:
- Design level: Crystal Cast Cure Foil is suitable for large-area background textures, border decorations, and local crystal effects on LOGOs; not suitable for extremely small independent dots, as small patterns are prone to incomplete texture filling.
- Equipment level: Requires a UV-LED curing unit, and the curing energy needs to match the membrane material parameters; insufficient curing will result in difficult peeling and incomplete patterns.
- UV Light Oil Selection: Prioritize using high-flow and high-hardness dedicated mold UV light oil; ordinary soft light oil is prone to crystal texture rebound and blurring after forming.
- Environmental Control: Dust in the workshop needs to be controlled; dust falling on the membrane will replicate on the light oil surface, forming point-like flaws; at the same time, control the workshop temperature and humidity to ensure sufficient UV curing.
