Notes for Attention

1. It is only compatible with inkjet digital printing substrates. The ink layer structure of inkjet-printed products is different. Direct hot stamping is prone to incomplete transfer and foil loss. It is essential to conduct on-machine verification first.

2. The curing degree of ink powder directly determines the yield of hot stamping. If the ink powder is not fully melted and cured, large areas of residual glue and delamination will occur. Before production, confirm the printer parameters.

3. The equipment temperature and material feeding speed need to be finely adjusted. If the temperature is too high, the grating texture is prone to be lost due to gelation; if the temperature is too low, the hot stamping will not be accurate.

4. Some special coated paper will weaken the holographic reflective effect. The brightness of the rainbow presented by different base papers will vary. Do not directly predict the finished product by referring to the appearance of the film roll itself.

5. After the hot stamping is completed and cooled, carry out post-processing such as die-cutting and laminating. During the hot state, rubbing and pressure application will damage the microstructure of the grating and lose the iridescent luster.

6. The film roll should be stored in a light-protected environment. Long-term direct exposure to ultraviolet rays will accelerate the aging of the holographic layer, causing color attenuation.

7. It is not suitable for end-user scenarios that involve contact with high-temperature friction. The anti-abrasion performance of the grating surface is limited. The design of the terminal product needs to evaluate the usage environment.
