Notes for Attention

1. Only laser toner printing substrates are supported. The surfaces of inkjet printing and UV printing cannot achieve effective transfer.

2. The metallic effect will be affected by the background color of the substrate paper. Darker paper will weaken the metallic transparency. Before production, it is necessary to conduct on-machine proofing with actual paper to confirm.

3. The heat stamping temperature and roller pressing speed need minor adjustments. Parameters that are too high are likely to cause the metallic layer to become whitish and foggy; insufficient parameters will result in incomplete transfer.

4. For subsequent lamination processing, it is recommended to use adhesives that are compatible with the heat stamping foil. Before putting it into production, conduct small-scale simulated lamination tests to avoid the metallic layer being dissolved and lost its luster.

5. The storage of Pearl Digital Foil requires avoiding light, maintaining a constant temperature, and placing it vertically. Compression, high temperature, and direct sunlight exposure will cause the metallic surface layer to age and deteriorate.

6. It is not suitable for long-term use in scenarios where it is exposed to strong solvents or subjected to high friction. Such conditions require prior communication and assessment of feasibility.
